Since 1978, LANtek has been providing up-to-date networking service for our clients in eastern Pennsylvania. Your network is a critical business component, and we can help make sure that it is running at peak efficiency 24/7.
Our network service and support plans are customized to your specific needs. Our highly-trained technical staff is certified in major IT products and solutions from many manufacturers. We can provide break/fix or contracted service, and other services such as backups, disaster recovery or remote PC and network service


LANtek's service staff consists of highly-trained technicians and Network System Engineers who, along with our sales staff, offer complete network life-cycle support: design, configuration, cabling, implementation, upgrades and maintenance.
TYPES OF SERVICE:
Maintenance Agreements
Mission critical equipment may require a quicker response time than workstations or printers. Maintenance agreements cover specific equipment- such as servers - with high priority response time (including 7 x 24). On-sire service is available in three formats;
Field Service (hourly rate) Service at your location
Blocks of Time (discounted rates if purchased in advance). Service at your location
Annual Service Contracts (Purchased in advance – can include parts and labor or just labor). Service at your location

Virtual IT Support: Help Desk Live
With this service, you call in and the LANtek technician logs in to your system to diagnose and solve problems. Service is from our location. Remote access service is billed at a special hourly rate. No travel time or fuel charges. Call LANtek to learn more.
Outsourcing
Our Network Engineers and specialized technical staff can be hired on a contract basis to augment your IT department, help with special projects, or aid companies too small to justify a full-time System Administrator.
Large Volume Break/Fix Contracts
LANtek currently has several large volume Break/Fix contracts with large companies that cannot afford to send specialized technicians to remote field offices. LANtek can either pickup, fix and return the equipment, or it can be shipped to LANtek, then returned to the source. Hot Spare programs are also available, which allow LANtek to keep an exact copy of pre-configured units in stock for immediate shipment.
